Synthesis of 1-D ZnFe3O4/PAN composite using simple fiber dipping method for supercapacitor application |
초록 |
ZnFe3O4 based nanocomposite has been synthesized using different methods for various applications. Here in, we employed simple synthesis method where ZnO was grown on PAN nanofiber substrate dipping in Zn precursor solution followed by hydrothermal reaction. ZnO/PAN was then immersed in Fe precursor solution to grow ZnFe3O4 consuming ZnO. Accordingly, ZnFe3O4 nanocomposite on carbon nanofiber (ZnFe3O4/CF) was formed after thermal treatment. ZnFe3O4/CF was used for supercapacitor application and it showed excellent activity and cyclic performance. XRD, TGA, and SEM were used to study crystal structure and morphology of ZnFe3O4/CF. Electrochemical activity of ZnFe3O4/CF was examined using Cyclic voltammetry, Galvano static charge discharge and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques |
