제목 Ultrathin Manganese Dioxide and Nitrogen-Doped Carbon Nanosheets for High-Mass-Loading Supercapacitors with High rate capability and capacitance
초록 Manganese dioxide (MnO2) has been studied for supercapacitor materials, owing to its abundant resources, low cost, and a high theoretical capacitance. However, as the electrode thickness increases, the electron and ion transfer significantly decrease, resulting in inferior electrochemical performance at industrial scales. Herein, we report an alternatively assembled 2D layered material consisting of exfoliated MnO2 and nitrogen-doped carbon layers for ultrahigh-mass- loading supercapacitors. The as-obtained MnO2/N-doped carbon electrodes with a high mass loading of 19.7 mg cm−2 exhibited outstanding specific gravimetric and areal capacitances of 480.3 F g−1 and 9.4 F cm−2 at 0.5 mA cm−2 with rapid charge/discharge behavior and long-term stability.
