Multilfunctional Nanocomposites with Fluorescence-active Silica Shell for Bioapplications |
초록 |
In this study, a SERS-fluorescence nanocomposite with magnetic core and fluorescence silica shell was designed. The synthesized multifunctional nanocomposite represented intense SERS signals which is originated from silver nanoparticles. Superparamagnetic property was applied to the separation of target cells, which has uptake the nanocomposite. The CD-44 antibody-modified multifunctional nanocomposite exhibited selectivity to the target MDA-MB-231 cells. |
