Currently, a huge amount of greenhouse gases has generated in the process of supplying energy based on fossil fuels, and this has caused many environmental problems including climate change. For this reason, hydrogen, which is a pollution-free energy, is currently attracting the most attention as an alternative energy resource. Among the various methods of extracting hydrogen, methanol steam reforming (MSR) is considered economical and practical.
