제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polyaniline/Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes Nanocomposites with a Facile Interfacial Polymerization
초록 Polyaniline (PANi) was unique among conducting polymers, primarily due to its relatively facile processability, electrical conductivity, and environmental stability and reversible control of conductivity both by protonation and by charge-transfer doping. Recently, uniform polyaniline nanofibers were readily synthesized by using interfacial polymerization without the need for templates or functional dopants. This method was an effective method to suppress secondary growth of polyaniline and form uniform polyaniline nanofiber. Multi-walled Carbon nanotube (MWNTs) was functionalized with less destructive chemical modification method in a mild polyphophoric acid (PPA)/phosphorous pentoxide (P2O5) medium. Polyaniline/MWNTs nanocomposites (PANi-g-MWNT) were successfully synthesized with interfacial polymerization method. Due to synergism of PANi and MWNTs, the conductivity of resultant nanocomposites would be dramatically increased and also environmental stability would be further enhanced.
