제목 철강산업 부생가스내 CO회수를 위한 Crosslinked Chitosan-Ag(I) 촉진수송막의 제조 및 CO/N2 분리특성  
초록 Carbon monoxide (CO) is an important raw material in chemical industries. It has been emitted in mixed gases (CO2, CO, H2, N2, etc.) in LDG and BFG in steel industry and incinerated into CO2 due to lack of excellent separation technology. CO/N2 separation by membrane has rarely been studied because CO and N2 have their similar kinetic diameters and solubilities. In this work, a crosslinked chitosan-based composite membrane containing Ag+ ions was prepared for the selective separation of two gases via the facilitated transport mechanism. The reversible behavior between CO and chitosan containing Ag ions through π-complexation was investigated using the pressure decay method, and it demonstrated that CO and Ag ion-containing chitosan can form a reversible π-complex. Chitosan containing Ag ions showed moderate CO permeability (P=>10~30GPU) than N2, but extremely higher CO/N2 selectivity (α =>10~30).
