제목 A Novel Method for ceramic Additive Manufacturing using Digital Light Processing with Tape casting mechanism
초록 Digital Light Processing (DLP) is utilized to build highly accurate complex bodies through photo polymerization. Traditional DLP with vat system provides limited control on process and create problems like reusability of slurry, scattering of light by ceramic particles and  detection of curing condition of each layer during curing. To overcome these problems, we designed a novel DLP printer operating through tape casting procedure to fabricate thin layer of ceramic slip, which is used as layers stacked onto build stage layer by layer to produce whole body. Doctor blade is used to formulate fresh ceramic slip layer though continuous tape and unused slip is recycled through recycling blade. The slip used in this study contains ceramic powder dispersed in photocurable resin consisted of photoinitiators, multifunctional oligomers, and monomers.  Our DLP printer allows to print alumina, zirconia, and hydroxyapatite were printed with high accuracy. Our 3D printing system provides us more control and allows for stacking multiple materials in different layers or side by side in single layer for to provide advanced multimaterial ceramic devices.
