Separation of Two Organic Acid from Herba Artemisiae Scopariae by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography |
초록 |
Chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were extracted from Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and separated using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). By changing the different extraction solvents, extraction time and temperature, optimal condition is obtained (Herba Artemisiae Scopariae dipped in 50 oC water for 90 min). The optimize HPLC condition is C18 (4.6 × 250mm, 5 m) column with acetonitrile/water/acetic acid 20/80/0.1 (v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The flow rate is 0.5 mL/min and UV wavelength is fixed at 320 nm. Under optimized extraction and separation condition, 2.9 mg/g of chlorogenic acid, 1.0 mg/g of caffeic acid from Herba Artemisiae Scopariae were obtained by RP-HPLC analysis. |
