| 제목 | Two enzymatic synthesis of milk fucosyl oligosaccharides in one-pot reaction from L-fucose |
| 초록 | Human milk is containing large amounts of complex oligosaccharides. Among them, especially fucosyllactose is commercial interest because fucosylated carbohydrate are considered to protect breast-fed infants from infection. In this study, the two fucosyltransferases, 2-fucosyltransferase and 3-fucosyltransferase of Helicobacter pylori(strain 26695), were cloned and expressed for synthesis of fucosyllactose. One-pot reaction was conducted with fucosyltransferase and FKP(fucokinase/GDP-fucose pyrophosphorylase) which converts fucose to Fuc-1-phosphate and then to GDP-fucose. One-pot reaction was optimized for the industrial synthesis of 2/3-fucosyllacose economically. |
