제목 Modified ZnO Electron Transport Layers for Depleted Heterojunction Quantum Dot Solar Cells
초록 Depleted heterojunction quantum dot solar cells (QDSCs) are fabricated using modified ZnO as electron transporting layers (ETL) and PbS quantum dots (QD) as active materials. Colloidal dispersions of PbS-QD are coated on the ZnO based ETLs to form the heterojunctions. The surface of ZnO ETLs was modified using various molecules and their effects on the cell performance was studied. The surface modification of ZnO induced the dipole effects on the ETLs while improving charge collection efficiency. As the results the short circuit current density and fill factor of the devices are considerably enhanced.
