제목 Development of Hyaluronic Acid Filler As Skin Tissue Restoration
초록 There is an increasing need for replacements as restoration and treatment of damaged human tissue. There has also been a growing interest in the health of the skin tissue, which is directly related to the functional and cosmetic aspects. Damage to skin tissue is caused by internal factors such as aging and external factors such as scars, sunlight, and environmental pollutants caused by physical shocks. Soft tissue grafts require to have excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability as well as capability to rebuild damaged tissues. In this study, a hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel was as a skin tissue substitute. The HA molecules were cross-linked using 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE). The mechanical properties of the fillers was analyzed using a rheometer, which demonstrated that the mechanical strength of the filler was directly dependent on the amount of crosslinking and affects injectability of the hydrogel.
