We synthesized new copolymers with two components of 1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propyne [TMSP] and Bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene [BTSA]. These copolymers include different ratios of TMSP and BTSA and were characterized by NMR, IR and GPC, etc. Copolymers showed number average molecular weight of about 40,000 and 90,000 and good solubility to common solvents such as THF and toluene. We used these copolymers as a getter binder in Al complex moisture absorption system for Top Emitting OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode). OLED device having a getter including new copolymer binder of 60wt% showed excellent getter property such as 500 shelf hours at 60℃, 90%RH. This getter system showed also good transparent property of 80%. The other several data will be discussed. |
