Competitiveness analysis of government sponsored research institutions and universities with the international journals and patents : In the case of bio energy technologies |
| 초록 |
Government sponsored research institutes (GSRI) including major universities in Korea have been producing the outstanding R&D outputs and outcomes with the increase of green energy R&D funds. This research carried out the quantitative competitiveness analysis of GSRI and four universities in case of bio energy technologies because bio energy technology can substitute the fossil fuel with technological maturity and cope with the UNFCCC as environmentally friendly renewable energy. Government has been interested in the productivity of international journals and patents of GSRI and major researched oriented universities. This research can provide the decision-makers the relative productivity of GSRI and universities. |
