제목 Bio-inspired stretchable patch sensor and electrode for bio-signal measurement
초록 The versatile adhesions of nature creatures including gecko lizards, beetles, octopuses and frogs are inspiring many researchers for the developments of effective artificial dry-adhesives and integrated systems. Among them, the foot pads of frogs are known to have the extraordinary performance of adhesions against dry and wet surfaces because of their particular hexagonal array of microstructures. To employ the effect of hexagonal microchannels of frogs, we fabricated a frog-inspired skin-patch that can make conformal contacts on rough skin with high peeling strength. Furthermore, a frog-inspired highly-stretchable, conformal skin-sensor was demonstrated after injecting Ag-NW-based hybrid sensing layer into the hexagonal microchannels by simply solution processes. Without any sophisticated processes, the glue-free device has high adhesion, transparency, repeatability, enabling to monitor the amplified bio-signals via structure-assisted intimate-contacts on rough skin.
