| 제목 | Core-shell( Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) / Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate ) structured microcapsule by membrane emulsification |
| 초록 | Biodegraderable microcapsules with core Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) - shell (Ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate) structure were prepared by membrane emulsification. A mixture of PLGA, ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate and methylene chloride was permeated through the membrane into continuous phase containing D.D.I water and sodium lauryl sulfate by applying a pressure. We prepared 1.6um microparticles by 1.9um membrane, and confirmed the core-shell structure using a transmission electron microscopy. |
