Dopamine (DA) is one of the important neurotransmitter which can cause significant neuro disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) and Alzheimer’s diseases. Therefore, we suggest an electrochemical sensor which has epoxy-functionalized hydrogel to recognize quantitative analysis of dopamine. We fabricated epoxy hydrogel with Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and acryl amide to induce the simple epoxy-amine reaction with anti-DA aptamer. For easy detecting process, the hydrogel was coated on Au-electrode. The aptamer has ability to bind to DA and it could be sensible via change of impedance and conductance of hydrogel-coated electrode. The conductance and impedance were detected by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) respectively. Furthermore, the prepared hydrogel-coated electrode can be used for various biological applications depending on its conjugated aptamer. |
