제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films : Effect of sulfurization temperature |
초록 | Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were synthesized by sputtered Cu/SnS2/ZnS stacked precursors followed by sulfurization process. The sulfurization was carried out in sealed quartz tube for 1 h in a conventional furnace. The sulfurization temperature was varied from 400 °C to 580 °C. Effect of sulfurization temperature on the structural, morphological, and compositional properties was investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Field emission – scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), respectively. It is found that for all the films, CZTS crystallize with Kesterite structure. For samples sulfurized below 500 0C shows CZTS with CTS (Cu2SnS3) as secondary phase, further increase in sulfurization temperature shows phase pure CZTS. The crystallinity improves with increase in sulfurization temperature, for CZTS sample sulfurized at high temperature (580 0C) shows the closely packed CZTS with grain size as large as film thickness (>1m) provides smooth surface. We confirmed MoS2 that synthesized, during the annealing and characterized the effect of sulfurization temperature. At higher temperature, MoS2 synthesized more easily than lower sulfurization temperature. Keywords: CZTS, Cu/SnS2/ZnS metallic precursor, Effect sulfurization temperature. |
