General drug-eluting stent(DES) was reported issue such as late thrombosis and various cardiac event. Especially, late thrombosis must solve for effective coronary disease therapy. To overcome this obstacle, We were developed novel coronary drug-eluting stent for Enhance endothelialization. Novel DES was manufacrued by using Co-Cr alloy tube. In addition, Sirolimus and specific peptide were coated to Co-Cr stent. The nove DES was measured coating thickness and surface properties by using SEM. The drug release profile analyzed by UV. The validity was confimed by using various minipig models. The angiography was measured by using OCT and IVUS. |
