Bi-directional drug-eluting stent for enhancing re-endothelialization and inhibiting restenosis |
초록 |
New Drug-Eluting stent (DES) were improved clinical outcome by coating technique such as coating material, coating thickness, and eluting properties. However, DES still have problem of in-stent thrombosis. Various dual-coated stents were prepared according to the ultrasonic spray system. We coated by spraying the coronary stent with a dispersion of polylactic-co-glycolic acid and sirolimus of anti-proliferation drug in abluminal area and coated phosphorycholine and WKYMVm peptide proliferation of endothelial cells in luminal area. This study demonstrated that it is feasible to separate coating layer of stent strut with new coating technology designed to increase stent endothelialization. We showed that drug release pattern form abluminal and luminal coating layer results inhibition of SMC proliferation and proliferation of endothelial cell. |
