제목 Enhanced the structural integrity of reconstructed human skin equivalents integrated with DEJ Junction
초록 Engineered hydrogels have been received considerable interests due to their ability that reversible volumetric changes in response to external stimuli. In this study, we present that modeling of the shrinkage and expansion of responsive hydrogel using expansion ratio of hydrogel with structural ratio in a complicated hydrogel exposed to external stimuli. Then, we fabricated three-dimensional dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ) on the dermis layer using programed hydrogel reverse mold. As biomimetics, we cultured Human Dermal Fibroblast cells into three-dimensional collagen dermis layer with DEJ engineered in this study to mimic a human skin.
