제목 Synthesis and Characterization Fast Gelling Hydrogel Using Inverse Electron Demand Deis-Alder Tetrazine-Norbornene Click Chemistry
초록 The new fast gelling hydrogels were prepared by the RAFT polymerization and Inverse Electron Demand Deis-Alder (IED-DA) click reaction between tetrazines and norbornenes. Block copolymers poly(styrene-alt-maleic anhydride) were prepared by RAFT polymerization. The highly reactive anhydride units were subsequently functionalized with 3-(p-benzylamino)-1.2.4.5-tetrazine which has IED-DA reactive groups. The tetrazine groups, which is incorporated into the polymer, were reacted with dinorbonene chain-end functional polyethylene glycol as a cross-linking agent with IED-DA click reaction to produce a hydrogel. In this study, the development a gel with an excellent stability and fast gelling performance within several minutes were performed with a variation of tetrazine moiety in the polymer backbone.
