제목 ​Graphene Gas SensorArray Functionalized with Container Molecules​
초록 The conventional"lock-and-key" sensor system has disadvantages of low accuracy and reliabilitydue to the limitation of detecting performance. In this study, a patternrecognition type organic electronic device sensor array was manufactured byintroducing container molecules such as cyclodextrins and calixarenes. In this study, we suggested thesensor array with various container molecules which shows different currentchanges for several analytes. This study not only provides an effectivestrategy for manufacturing a high-sensitivity, large-area sensor array, butshows that the pattern recognition sensor array can be applied to IoT andhealthcare devices.
