제목 Thermo-sensitive polymer and silicone composite as a building cooling material
초록 In summer season, many buildings use an air-conditioner for cooling down an inner temperature. An amount of the energy is increased every year and reached limitation. IR-cut film or porous materials in external wall of building have been actively researched as a cooling material without energy. However, the coolants couldn’t enough cooling effect and their cost was not cheap. In this research, we tried controllable evaporation cooling system. This evaporation system was actively evaporated at high temperature. In low temperature, the evaporation was limited. Making this system, we used Poly (N-isopropylacylamide) (PNIPAm) which is thermosensitive polymer and Poly (dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) composite. This composite could control evaporation and enhanced durability. We hope this material open up new possibility in this area.
