제목 New and applicable methodologies against likely incidents occurring in the Complex Chemical Plants
초록 This research is to prevent and minimize against likely incidents including process troubles which could be occurred in many-sided fields of the Complex Chemical Plants. These kinds of unexpected occurrences caused by both poor way of thinking and malfunction of overall equipment by poor total management are latent in their plants. And also their total management is partially processing in lack conditions of Engineering Philosophy/Ethics in particular. More importantly, most equipment and process in their currently-running plants are under severe conditions of gradually deteriorating situation. Above-mentioned incidents are inevitably occurred in these plants due to the latent various risks. Ultimately, these probable incidents cause many fields such as not only human beings loss, animals/plants/ecosystem ruin but also natural disasters, etc. So it is necessary to reveal the latent risks as well as poor management operating for their plants. Accordingly, this research will emphasize contributing causes and total solution on these likely incidents by presenting both new and applicable methodologies on prevention and strategic minimization of the plants incidents.
