In order to prevent incidents and recurrence caused by human errors, this paper is to analyze various kinds of human errors calling both incidents and its recurrences in the complex chemical plants. Various categories of the human errors have many-sided factors on the fields of both social science and natural science. Those human errors become core factors of contributing causes of social tragedy caused from such as those process troubles, incidents and its recurrence. In the views of practical hands-on experience in the complex chemical plants, most of these factors on human errors are directly linked with lack of understanding of Engineering Philosophy. Those contributing causes not only make human beings miserable, but also bring about destruction of ecosystem for human beings in the long run. More critically, as soon as those incidents occur in the complex chemical plants, consequently sacrifice and losses of human beings as well as circumstances ruin should be called. So, those human errors analyzed on the above should be thoroughly prevented and minimized. Accordingly, this study analyzes many-sided human errors based on Engineering Philosophy. |
