제목 Study on Overall Management of Complex Chemical Plants  on the basis of Engineering Philosophy
초록 Most modernized complex chemical plants have been generally producing very toxic, explosive and dangerous products on the combination of both complicated manufacturing process and handling of various machinery equipment. In these plants, some chemical incidents happen due to various kinds of human errors. These accidents not only becomes to bring on ecological serious change and destruction, but also human being, animals and plants, and even if other living things become seriously suffer from results of accidents. From the viewpoint of the above situation, this paper is deeply considering and studying what and how to execute the overall management for these complex chemical plants. In this paper, the philosophic concepts on Engineering Philosophy are basically emphasized and studied on the categories of specified overall management for these plants. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to protect human being and society by executing the specified categories from the likelihood of any defects due to human errors by absent-mindedness in both these plants and colleges study based on Engineering Philosophy.
