The synthesis of chiral pyrrole derivative with carbamate group |

This paper described the synthesis and characterization of chiral pyrrole derivative with carbamate group. Chiral pyrrole derivative with carbamate is manufactured from Hexan-6-olyl pyrrole and (R)-(-)-1-(1-Naphthyl)ethyl isocyanate.We electropolymerizated of pyrrole derivative on the surface of ITO electrode by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in CH3N solution containing 50 mM of TBAF6P in the range of the -2.5 to +2.5 V. It was confirmed through SEM, AFM and contact angle analysis. In order to use chiral stationary phase for HPLC, silica gel ball with 10um was coated chiral pyrrole derivative with carbamate group by oxidative polymerization. |
