Core/shell-structured MnCo2O4/carbon microspheres for lithium ion batteries |
초록 |
Mesoporous MnCo2O4 microspheres as a anode material for lithium-ion battery were prepared by encapsulating metal precursors such as manganese nitrate and cobalt nitrtate into the template of glucose-based carbon microspheres, followed by the thermal process. To enhance the electrochemical stability, core/shell-structured MnCo2O4/carbon microspheres were synthesized by coating glucose-based carbon onto the surface of MnCo2O4 microspheres. Core/shell carbon/MnCo2O4 microspheres offer better electrochemical performance by facilitating mass/charge transfer, originating from the prevention of volume expansion, improvement of electrical conductivity, and abundant electrochemical sites. |
