제목 | Preparation of CIGS thin film by casting nanoparticles for low-cost solar cells |
초록 | Chalcopyrite Cu(In1-xGax)Se2 (CIGS) compound has been admitted to be the most promising absorber material for thin film solar cell applications. Recently, the conversion efficiency for CIGS-based solar cell laboratory devices has reached 20.1%. However the vacuum processes have demerits such as high production cost and difficulty in scaling up. Therefore, the study for non-vacuum process, which enable to low-cost fabrication through solution-base process and doctor blade method, has attracted much attention. In this study, CIGS nanoparticles were synthesized by solution-base process without any vacuum devices using hot-injection method.The nano powders were mixed with solvent and cast on Mo-coated glass plate by Dr. blade technique. Subsequently, coated films were heat-treated at various temperature. The properties of obtained CIGS films are investigated using XRD, SEM, EDS, etc. |
