제목 Application of bioactive phosphate crosslinked with hydrogel using guar gum in bone tissue engineering
초록 Bioactive hydrogels have been used in bone tissueengineering applications because of their tunable physicochemical andbiological performance. Herein, a calcium-free phosphate approach for improvingthe bone-like apatite formation in phosphate crosslinked guar gum-basedhydrogels was investigated using free radical polymerization of acrylamide (AM)monomer and bis[2-methacryloyloxy] ethyl phosphate (BMEP) as crosslinker. TheGG composition greatly influenced the porosity, pore size, and mechanicalproperties of hydrogels. Importantly, the hydrogels possessed  a ladder-like fibrous topology. The phosphatefunctionality within hydrogel offers fast biomineralization in simulated bodyfluid (SBF). The overall excellent physicochemical and biological properties ofP-GG hydrogels indicate its potential in bone tissue engineering.​​
