제목 Oxidation-sensitive liposomes decorated with poly(hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-allyl methyl sulfide)
초록 The oxidation-sensitive liposomes were prepared by modifying the surface through the synthesized polymer. The synthetic polymer was polymerized by a free radical copolymerization, and the polymers used for synthesis were hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and allyl methyl sulfide (AMS). The polymer is named P(HEA-co-AMS), the conditions for polymer synthesis were made under 75℃ and nitrogen gas. The 1H-NMR spectra of the P(HEA-co-AMS) are recorded in D2O solution. The control was a synthesized polymer with HEA and butyl methacrylate (BMA). The polymer is named P(HEA-co-BMA), it was synthesized under the same conditions. The synthesized polymer was used as an complementary molecular of liposome.
