제목 Au Nanoparticles Deposited on a Conical Anodic Aluminum Oxide Substrate for Improving Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering​
초록 Ramanspectroscopy is a method of analyzing the scattered light of target irradiatedwith a laser. It can detect several molecules simultaneously due to highresolutions. However, it is necessary to amplify the Raman signals. One of theways to amplify the Raman signal is surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS).It is important to design a metal nanostructure for uniform hot spots. Here,gold nanoparticles were arranged in gold-coated conical anodic aluminum oxidetemplate (AAO) as a SERS substrate for the detection molecules based on afacile, quicker wet chemistry process. Our fabrication method enables theformation of Ring-shape hotspots between the AuNPs and gold layer of AAOtemplate. The SERS signal of the synthesized AuNPs/AAO template was higher thana flat surface.
