제목 Study of Electrostatic Discharge and electrically conductive Polyketone filled with Carbon Nanotube
초록 Polyketone(PK) has the carbon-carbon backbone composed of carbon monoxide and alpha olefins. This study has focused on the electrical conductivity of PK to seek for a new market. The electrical property can be split to 4 categories by surface resistivity, Conductive (101~105), Static-Dissipative (106~1010), Anti-Static(1011~1012), and Insulative (higher than 1012), and electrically conductive polymer has been applied to conveying system for semi-conductor and LCD and fuel supplying system in vehicle. In this study, MWCNT and GNP is applied to develop an electrically conductive PK. As a result of study, electrically conductive PK can be achieved in the range of static-dissipative and conductive property by the dose rate of CNT and GNP, and its morphology, electrical property and mechanical property are measured.
