제목 Fabrication of the flexible piezoelectric electrode based on low-temperature-cured Ag paste using screen-printing
초록 In this work, we developed a flexible piezoelectric device was produced low-temperature-cured Ag (LTC-Ag) paste using screen-printing technology. The flexible piezoelectric electrodes based LTC-Ag paste was prepared by a facile method and low-cost technology. Also, LTC-Ag paste can be cured at a low-temperature of 80 ℃, so it can be printed without deformation of the substrate. Optical microscopy and FE-SEM images confirmed that the flexible LTC-Ag@PET electrodes have excellent printability and the Ag micro-nanoparticle was well coated onto PET. The LTC-Ag@PET electrodes showed a lower sheet resistivity of ~ 0.0431Ω∙sq-1, ~ 3.0x10-5Ω∙cm resistivity, and showed excellent adhesive 0 class at cross-cut test.
