제목 Efficient polymer solar cells using conjugated polyelectrolytes cathode interfacial layers
초록 We describe an efficient polymer solar cell (PSC) using conjugated polyelectrolyte (CPE) as a cathode interfacial layer. By introducing sodium poly[9,9-vis(4'-sulfonatobutyl)fluorene-alt-co-1,4-phenylene] (PFP-Na) between an Al cathode and a photoactive layer containing poly[N-9"-hepta-decanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4',7'-di-2-thienyl-2',1',3'-benzothiadiazole) (PCDTBT) electron donor and the fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) electron acceptor. The power conversion efficiency of the PSC is largely increased. Because PFP-Na lowered the work function of the Al cathode, increasing internal field within the device the fill factor and short circuit current were highly enhanced.
