제목 3D porous scaffold preparation of PCL/PLGA microspheres for the drug delivery
초록 The elderly population in Korea is rapidly growing due to the extended life span and also entering superaged society. Accordingly, muscoskeletal diseases became one of the critical problems. Researches on bone tissue repair and regeneration are highly demanding. This study investigated a porous polymeric scaffold by PCL/PLGA blending for the use of a bone substitute. The physical and chemical properties of the scaffolds were examined using various analytical methods. Osteoblast responses to the scaffolds were evaluated in terms of proliferation and ALP activity. Our results demonstrated that the prepared scaffold was effectively enhanced cell activities so to be highly biocompatible.
