제목 | The effect of Processing Condition on the Mechanical Properties of Ti-Nb Interstitial Free High Strength Steel (IF-HSS) |
초록 | In recent years, Interstitial Free High Strength Steels are extensively used in automotive panel due to their good combination of high formability and high strength. However there is a part that requires higher formability such as rear floor, dash panel. Therefore highly formable Interstitial Free High Strength Steel is required. The Interstitial Free High Strength Steel with stabilized by Ti, Nb is developed by these application. The effect of processing conditions on the formability Ti-Nb Interstitial Free High Strength Steel is investigated. The main processing conditions affecting formability are as followed ; Slab reheating temperature, Coiling temperature, reduction rate of thickness in cold rolling, annealing temperature. As lower the slab reheating temperature, r-value is increased due to the low re-dissolution of precipitate. As higher Coiling temperature, the deep drawing ability is improved due to the change of precipitate behavior. Texture analysis showed that the <111>//ND fiber was intensified with increase of coiling temperature. High cold rolling reduction in thickness and high annealing temperature also has a good effect on deep drawing quality. |
