제목 A Study on Direct-grown CNT-CF Hybrid Fillers and Their Composites
초록 In this work, direct-grown carbon nanotubes (CNTs)-carbon fibers (CFs) hybrid fillers were prepared by a CVD technique. The morphologies, structural properties, and electrical features of the CNT-CF fillers were measured by SEM, TEM, XRD, and a 4-probe technique. The mechanical properties of CNTs-CFs/epoxy matrix composites were characterized by the flexural strength. From the results, the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties were dramatically enhanced with CNTs-grown conditions due to the micro-interfacial enhancement among CF surfaces, CNT surfaces, and epoxy matrix.
