제목 Laser Patterning Enabled Neutral Color Semitransparent Perovskite Solar Cell​
초록 Neutral colored and semitransparent solar cell havebeen enticing great interest for applications in building-integratedphotovoltaics (BIPVs) as various forms of solar windows, roofs, and building facades, allowing efficient and convenient energy harvesting without sacrificing aesthetic pleasure. Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskites (OIHPs) are ideal candidate for BIPV applications due to solution processability and excellent optoelectronic properties such as high absorption coefficient, low exciton binding energy, and long diffusion length. Here, with laser-patterning process, we demonstrate color-neutrality and semitransparency on OIHP films from apertures that allow unattenuated visible light transmission.We investigate on the effects of pattern width and number of patterns on the average visible transmittance (AVT) and finally realize 12.83% power conversion efficiency (PCE) from OIHP film with 21.74% AVT.
