제목 Synthesis of dialkyl 2-aminoethyl phosphate hybrid micelles for pH-sensitive delivery of doxorubicin
초록 Amphiphilic lipid layer micelles which consist of a novel O-phosphoethanolamine with different alkyl chain lengths were explored as a controlled drug delivery system. By condensation reaction in presence of base, alkyl chains were conjugated to different O-phosphoethanolamine. All the products were characterized by various spectroscopic techniques. Dialkyl 2-aminoethyl phosphate based hybrid liposomes was fabricated by self-assembly process by making use of the solubility difference between alkyl chain and phosphate group towards selective solvents. The micelles showed pH-sensitivity and controlled drug delivery performance. While increasing the alkyl chain length, [(CH2)n, n = 12, 14, 18], it was found that hydrophilicity of the micelles were increased. The average diameter and zeta potential of micelles were determined by using dynamic light scattering analyzer. The morphologies of micelles were then confirmed by transmission electron microscopic analysis.
