Mesoporous TiO2 (mp TiO2) as an electron transport layer is one of the most significant materials that is commonly used in the fabrication of perovskite solar cells. TiO2 has some good properties, such as stability, suitable band gap, porosity and high surface area. However TiO2 also has irregularities such as defects in the surface by atom vacancies that can reduce the quality of perovskite solar cells. In this work, we improved surface engineering of mp TiO2 by controlling the aspect ratio. In addition, the morphology of mp TiO2 was improved by nanopatterning using lithography method. Consequently the nanopatterned mp TiO2 by lithography method has high transmittance for better power conversion efficiency. Moreover, this study unfolds the entree to analyze the role of aspect ratio like a new form for modification of ETL layer and its effects in the power conversion efficiency. |
