제목 Characterizations of Nanofibers from Elecrospinning of PVdF-HFP Copolymer at Various Solvents for the Use of Ion Separator Membrane
초록 The characterizations of Electrospinning at various solvent have been studied to manufacture nanofibers of PVdF-HFP copolymer for the use of ion separator membrane. The solutions used a single sovent(acetone or DMAc) were impossible to continuous eletrospinning because low boiling temp. and low viscosity. Then 2:1 acetone:DMAc mixture is the most solvent for electrospinning PVdF-HFP because it allows continuous electrospinning and reduce average diameter of fibers. The diameter of 550nm and uniformed size fibers are formed on 10wt% of concentration, 16kV of voltage, 3ml/h of flow rate, 15cm of tip to collector distance.
