제목 Donor-Sensitizer-Acceptor Systems for Nano-structured Dye-sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Heteroleptic ruthenium complexes of the type cis-[Ru(H2dcbpy)(L)(NCS)2], where H2dcbpy is 4,4’-dicarboxy-2,2’-bipyridine and L is N,N-bis(4-(hexyloxy)phenyl)-5-(2-(2-(4-methylpyridin-2-yl)pyridine-4-yl)vinyl)thiophen-2-amine or N,N-bis(4-(hexyl)phenyl)-5-(2-(2-(4-methylpyridin-2-yl)pyridine-4-yl)vinyl)thiophen-2-amine were designed and synthesized and their structures and properties was identified by 1H-NMR, MS, and CV. The complexes showed a broad and intense metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transition band in the visible region. These complexes could be employed as good candidate photosensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells. Future work is the fabrication of solar cells with liquid and solid electrolytes and cell performance under irradiation with AM 1.5 solar light.
