Tissue engineering techniques provide a cell with biomimetic-environments, which could control cellular functions, such as proliferation, migration, and differentiation of cells. Controlling anchorage dependant cell adhesion to biomaterial substrates is one of the key issues in tissue engineering. In this study, we made a patterned fibonectin(FN) coated substrate by using the photolithography and the micro-contact printing method. We prepared two kinds of alkanethiol derivates, then induced selective formation of two kinds of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs), hydrophilic hexa(ethylene glycol) terminated alkanethiol and hydrophobic terminated hexadecanethiolate onto the surface of Au-coated glass wafer by using the PDMS stamp. Interval of the pattern was 0.9㎛-20㎛. Then, FN was selectively adsorbed on the SAMs. In this, we confirmed newborn human dermal fibroblasts(N-HDF) attached on the FN coated area. Furthermore, we evlauated its characterazations |
