제목 | The Effect of Single Wall Nanotubes(SWNT) physically attached on ITO glass substrate using Electrophoresis method in Organic Electroluminescence Device (OLED) |
초록 | Single Wall nanotubes have attracted much intrest these rescent years because of its unique electrical properties. There has been efforts for Single Wall nanotube application in organic light emitting devices. Reports have been made by blending Single Wall Nanotube in various device layers, in this experiment Single Wall nanotubes were physically attatched on Indium Tin Oxide substrate using electrophoresis method. Single Wall nanotubes having electrically rich electron structure plays a role as hole trapping sites, thus decreasing onset voltage and luminescence quenching. Interestingly if appropriate amount of Single Wall Nanotubes are attatched on ITO substrate the device onset voltage was decreased. Comparing to Single Wall nanotubes blended in PEDOT/PSS layer less amount of Nanotubes were needed to obtain similiar onset voltage decrease.
