제목 Materials for flexible, bendable and transparent display device
초록 The essential characteristics of flexible and transparent displays are slim, lightweight, and unbreakable. In additions, it is necessary to protect the essential elements in display devices against water and oxygen.  
The substrate for flexible and transparent displays is expected to plastics. However, it is said to be difficult to meet unbreakable property simultaneously with physical and optical characteristics of a tempered glass.
To successful encapsulation, organic-inorganic multilayer structure with high transmittance and several printing processes for organic encapsulation materials have been studied.  
In this talk, we would like to introduce various technologies such as organic-inorganic hybrid materials for hard-coating on plastic substrates and solvent-free organic materials for encapsulation.
