Organic Light-emitting Devices Employing Aluminum (Ⅲ) bis(2-methyl-8-quinolinate) 4-phenylphenolate (BAlq) or Bathocuproine (BCP) as a Hole-blocking Layer |
초록 |
The devices with BAlq or BCP as hole-blocking layer are studied, with configuration of ITO/PEDOT/phoshporescent (10wt%) in Polymer/hole-blocking (30nm)/Alq3 (20nm)/LiF (1nm)/Al (120nm). It was found that the devices with BCP as hole-blocking layer exhibit low device performance. The device with BAlq as hole-blocking layer and IR-PIQCH doped polymers as emitting layer show maximum efficiency and luminescence of 0.148cd/A and 569.9 cd/m2 with driving voltage at 7 V. |
