제목 Study on microsphere for stimuli-responsive release systems using goldnanoparticle
초록 Gold nanoparticle and hydroxyethyl acrylate-coumarin acrylate-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer containing alginate microsphere, sensitive to both photo and temperature was synthesized and characterized for its release behavior, lower critical solution temperature (LCST), and its appearance. The microsphere 96/2/2 molar reatio of acrylate-coumarin acrylate-ethylhexyl acrylate increased its release at temperatures 30℃ higher than LCST. illuminated with laser, increasing the temperature and increases the release. This is because it is a phase transition at a temperature above the LCST, the polymer be a hydrophobized.
