제목 Synthesis of Li2MnO3-stabilized High voltage spinel LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 cathode material for lithium-ion batteries by Mechanochemical Process
초록 We reported the synthesis and the characterization of the 0.5Li2MnO30.5LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 composite electrode materials via a simple solid-state reaction using the mechanochemical process by our previous work. The structure and morphology of the powdered samples prepared with the various different synthesis temperatures are investigated using XRD, SEM and TEM. For these analysis tool, we confirmed that Li2MnO3 and LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 was structurally integrated layered-spinel nanocomposite. Electrochemical measurements are carried out to test their charge and discharge capacities. 0.5Li2MnO30.5LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 electrode material prepared at 800 °C heat-treatment showed improve performance which observe the higher discharge capacity >200 mAh/g with good cycleability. Our works suggest that the mechanochemical process is very good synthesis method to development the nanocomposite of two components.
