제목 A study of increment of thermal conductivity of carbon fiber reinforced resin composite with copper and boron nitride particles
초록 Abstract

The carbon fiber sheet was coated hBN/Cu particles using EPD method. And the various CFRP composites with hBN/Cu coating consist hBN/Cu coated carbon fiber sheets and a matrix of epoxy were fabricated using VARIM method. The deposition time, the hBN concentration in deposition solution and the annealing temperature were set as the parameters in the work. As the deposition time increased, the weight fraction of hBN/Cu coating significant increased. The thermal conductivity enhanced as the deposition time increased. The hBN/Cu coating reduced the thermal resistance between carbon fibers and epoxy matrix which has low thermal conductivityThe thermal conductivity of CFRP composites was highly improved.
